Geraldine is a highly accomplished CEO in the Bio-Pharma industry. She combines a high level of strategic & commercial leadership with a passion for people and their development. Her extensive experience at senior level in the biopharma industry in Europe ensures that she will quickly grasp the commercial imperatives along with the corresponding organisational and people-related issues.
A role model for collaboration, she has led many transformational projects at national, European and global levels delivering impressive revenue and profit growth while transitioning organisations through significant change. She has led numerous successful prescription product launches across Ireland, UK, Nordics, Canada and Australia/NZ many of which continue to be market-leading products today.
She founded Evolution Partners because of her passion for working with teams and organisations, developing strategies and supporting Executive teams grow and evolve.
Having experienced first-hand the impact of large consultancy providers implementing global strategies, she believes there is a place for a more bespoke approach. Working hand in hand with CEOs & senior teams to develop their strategy whilst providing executive coaching support on implementation through winning the hearts and minds of the organisation.

Originally a programmer, Arthur’s career developed in engineering management before spending more than 25 years in a wider variety of sales, business development, partner and sales management roles across Europe, US, India, China, Australia and Southeast Asia, while working across a variety of IT companies, ranging from startups to global multi-nationals.
He has a deep understanding of strategic partner management & business development in the areas of Cloud and Telecoms, including revenue-generating channel relationships with global & regional IT vendors, system integrators and network equipment vendors.
Arthur’s particular focus is on building high-performing sales teams, both in-house and also ‘virtual’ teams in association with sales channel partners. Based on his understanding of complex solution selling & the management of large accounts, building and managing successful sales teams is a particular interest.
More recently, Arthur worked with TCD and the Adapt Centre, helping potential tech startups with business case development and fundraising.

For 29 years, Denis has defined and developed major technologies in the Semiconductor Industry. He has run large and complex silicon fabrication facilities both in Ireland and in the United States, with complex global supply chains. He is a key strategic thinker in defining roadmaps for future technologies. He has played a major role in largescale mergers and acquisitions and has led major organizational transformational change projects such as pension reform in Ireland. He has served as a Fellow, Vice President and as the Irish GM of a major US multinational technology company.
Denis has developed a major passion for people development as his career unfolds. He has learned that any achievement, even in the most technological of fields, requires the ingenuity, collaboration and action of people.
